Christopher Radko Pays Tribute to Bailey's Fine Jewelry with a Bailey Box Christmas Ornament
$5 From Each Ornament To Go To The Salvation Army of Wake County's Christmas Cheer Program.
RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 8, 2012) – The Christopher Radko Company, well-known collectible and ornament designer, has honored Bailey’s Fine Jewelry by creating an exclusive Christmas ornament featuring the iconic Bailey Box. The ornament is an Old World European style glass ornament and will be available at exclusively all Bailey’s Fine Jewelry locations.
Christopher Radko has designed and produced fine European glass ornaments for more than 25 years and is known for exquisite workmanship and handcrafted details. All Christopher Radko collectibles are made by hand in Poland. The Christopher Radko brand collections include European glass ornaments, the Home for the Holidays collection and Shiny-Brite.
Claire Bellefeuille, a member of the management team at Bailey’s Cameron Village store location, was given the task of generating an idea for a Bailey Box-inspired ornament. Bellefeuille has worked at Bailey’s Fine Jewelry since she was a teenager and has become known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. She used these traits to help with in creating the Christopher Radko Bailey Box ornament.
The ornaments will be sold for $45 of which Bailey’s will donate $5 to the Salvation Army’s Christmas Cheer program. Christmas Cheer provides Thanksgiving meals to underprivileged families in the community so they can enjoy a home-cooked feast. Christmas Cheer also fills stockings and donates gifts for children to open Christmas morning.
“Our slogan for years has been Every Woman Wants a Bailey Box Under the Tree and now with our new Bailey Box Radko ornament, every woman can have a Bailey Box on their tree,” said Clyde Bailey, president of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry. “We’re glad we can help spread the Christmas spirit by donating a percentage of the ornament’s profits to the Christmas Cheer program.”
