Angel Tree Registration

Participating families will be registered for a stocking, the Angel Tree program and the Toy Shop.  The program helps provide Christmas presents to those families who are in financial need with children ages 0-12.  Angel Tree Gifts are not guaranteed!

Tickets will be given out from 9-11 AM, and then 1-3 PM.

New Location: 2407 Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC 27608 (In Old Southern States Nissan Building).

Requirements:
You must bring:
1. Picture ID (for yourself. You must be the parents or have proof you are the legal guardian).
2. Social Security Cards or tax identification cards (w-7) for yourself and everyone in the household.
3. Proof of income for everyone in the household.
4. Proof of your monthly household expenses.
5. One additional ID for each child being registered that shows date of birth (current Medicaid Card, Birth Certificate, Shot record or School Record). This can also be proof that you are the parents or legal guardian, if your name is on it.
6. Proof of your current address if different from your picture ID.
7. If you are pregnant and your baby is due before January 1st, then you may register the baby -IF you bring proof of your due date.

Please Do Not Bring Your Children to the Registration. You may only sign up for The Salvation Army Angel Tree/Toy Shop program if you have not registered for Christmas assistance from another agency.
