Family Store & Donation CenterThe Salvation Army Family Store supports our many outreach programs by turning reusable goods into much needed funding. Proceeds generated at the Family Store are invested into the many outreach programs managed by the Social Ministries department. Shopping at or donating goods to one of our Family Store locations is not only helpful to you, but enables The Salvation Army to serve more individuals in need. DONATION Pick-Up ServiceCleaning out the closets and don’t have transportation or enough space in your vehicle? No problem! We can pick up your donation anytime from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, depending on your location. The pick-up service is available for large furniture items only. All items are used within our programs or sold at our Family Store and Donation Center.
Proceeds from sales are used to operate
our many assistance programs. Come by
one of our Family Store locations today and see the great values on new and used items.

Please note the following:
- Pick-ups take place Monday - Friday between 9:00-4:00 pm.
- We regret that
we cannot provide scheduled times, but we can call 15-30 minutes
ahead of arrival, if desired.
- If you wish to call the morning
of the pick-up (around 9:00 am), we will try to let you know
whether your pick-up will be AM or PM.
- We prefer pick-ups
on ground level, but we can go upstairs if needed and so long as the drivers deem the move safe.
- We cannot
go inside a residence without someone present - this includes garages and storage buildings/units.
- The Salvation
Army does not call asking for pick-ups. We provide donation pick-up service only when contacted by the donor - don't be fooled by an impersonator. Protect your goods and your intentions.
Items we do not accept:
- Furniture with rips, tears, stains or
broken springs
- Mattresses & box springs that have spots or
stains
- King size mattresses
- Mattresses without box springs
(i.e. we only take sets)
- Carpet or rugs
- Washers, dryers, or any other large appliances
- Water beds
- Tires
- Dishwashers, cash registers
- Newspapers, magazines, or textbooks
- Fire inserts
- Ping pong tables
- Wood stoves
- Sinks, vanities or building supplies
- Paint
- Desks
- Computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.
- Pianos or organs
- Used toys (does not include bicycles, electronic games systems or vintage toys)
Automobile Donations
We gladly accept donations of automobiles, motorcycles, boats, and other similar motor vehicles. Proceeds from the sale of the donations are invested in the Social Ministries department in order to operate our daily outreach programs.
